Where can I place a bet?

You can buy the full range of Sports Toto products (Toto 4D, Toto 4D Jackpot, Toto 4D Zodiac,Toto 5D, Toto 6D, Star Toto 6/50, Power Toto 6/55 and Supreme Toto 6/58) at any of the Sports Toto outlets in Malaysia.

What are your operating hours?

The Claims Department at Sports Toto's head office located at Berjaya Times Square, Level 13 - 01, No. 1, Jalan Imbi, 55100 Kuala Lumpur is open at the following times:
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday : 9.00am - 5.30pm
  • Thursday : 9.00am - 2.45pm
  • Saturday : 9.00am - 12.30pm
  • Sunday & Public holidays: Closed

Sports Toto outlets operating hours as below:
  • Monday : 9.00am - 2.00pm
  • Tuesday & Friday : 9.00am - 5.00pm
  • Wednesday/Saturday/Sunday/Special Draw : 8.00am - 7.00pm
  • Thursday : Rest Day

What is the minimum age for buying Toto tickets?

You must be at least 21 years old.

How do I apply to be a Sports Toto agent?

Issuance of new licenses has been frozen by the Malaysian authorities and therefore we are unable to process or entertain any new agency application.

What is the earliest and latest time for placing a bet on a current draw?

The earliest time to place a bet on a particular draw is eight draws in advance and the latest time to place a bet on a current draw has to be before 7.00 pm on a draw day.

When and where are the draws held?

Toto draws are held on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays at 7.00pm sharp at our permanent draw venue located at
    Berjaya Times Square
    Level 13 - 01,
    Jalan Imbi,
    55100 Kuala Lumpur.

Are Toto draws open to the public?

Toto draws are open to members of the public who are 21 years and above. Admission is free.

Can I participate in Toto draw?

You are welcome to participate in Toto draw. You must be 21 years and above, a Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident.
Results

Where and how soon can I obtain the latest draw results?

Watch the numbers being drawn live over the Internet on http://www.sportstoto.com.my after 7.15pm on each draw day. However, you will need to click on "Refresh" button in the web browser periodically to obtain the updated results as the numbers are drawn between 7.15pm to 8.00pm. You can also obtain Toto Draw Live Results on Mobile via WAP/GPRS or Sports Toto's smartphone app which can be downloaded from Android Market or Apple App Store from 7.15pm to 8.00pm on each draw day. Can I still get past draw results?

You can check the past results on http://www.sportstoto.com.my/results_past.asp (results since 1992 are available). You can also obtain past results on Mobile via WAP/GPRS or Sports Toto's smartphone app which can be downloaded from Android Market or Apple App Store. Prize Claims

How soon can I claim my prize after each draw?

You can claim your prize the day after the draw.

How do I claim my prize?

You can claim your prize at any Sports Toto outlet or our head office.

What identification must I produce to claim my prize?

You must present the winning ticket and one of the following documents :
your identity card or passport.

How much time do I have for claiming my winning prize?

Prizes can be claimed within 180 days from the date of the relevant draw. Winnings that remain unclaimed after 180 days shall be forwarded to the Ministry of Finance.

Is my prize money be taxable?

No, your winnings are not taxable.
Care Of Ticket

How should I take care of my tickets?

It is very important that you keep your tickets properly. Your tickets should be kept in a good condition. You must NOT stain, iron, wash, fold, crumple or expose the ticket to heat.

What should I do if my ticket is lost or stolen?

Our rules and regulations clearly state that a prize is payable to the bearer of a valid winning ticket. Sports Toto will only consider prize claims if the lost or stolen ticket (which is a winning ticket) is eventually found and produced for processing in accordance with the rules and regulations. No claims can be entertained without the presentation of the winning ticket. Therefore, we strongly advise customers to take good care of their tickets.

If my ticket is torn, can I still claim my prize?

Prizes will only be paid to the bearer of a valid winning ticket that is in good condition. As far as possible, Sports Toto will endeavour to process tickets which are torn, mutilated, defaced or disfigured, provided the essential information on the torn tickets is legible for further processing and validation.
