The RM6.19 million Super Toto 6/49 jackpot, which turned Toto punters crazy, was finally won. The lucky guy is from Malacca.

According to Toto draw results published in the press, the winning numbers drawn for the Super Toto 6/49 jackpot 1 (for last Saturday's draw) was 3, 16, 17, 30, 32, 38 and bonus number 1. The jackpot stood at RM6,194,330.56 when sales closed on that evening. The prize money accumulated to RM6.19 million when there was no winner for the past 26 draws.

Earlier, a lucky guy from Alor Setar won the Super Toto 6/49 jackpot 1 on 11th March 1999 and walked away with RM1.5 million. Since then, prize money of Super Toto 6/49 jackpot started accumulating and it was won on last Saturday.

Prize money of Super Toto 6/49 snowballed to RM5.5 million after last Wednesday's draw. Toto punters throughout the country made a beeline to Toto outlets last Saturday to try their luck, hoping to win the jackpot and to become instant millionaires. Heavy betting had pushed up the jackpot amount to RM6.19 million.

Although the current jackpot amount is the highest recorded by Super Toto 6/49 game so far this year, it is still far from the highest record of RM8.45 million jackpot amount achieved by the game last year.
