You can claim your prize the day after the draw.

You can claim your prize at any Sports Toto Malaysia outlets and at the head office of
Sports Toto Malaysia.

You must present the winning ticket and one of the following documents :
your identity card or passport. 

Prizes can be claimed within 180 days from the date of the relevant draw. Winnings 
that remain unclaimed after 180 days shall be forwarded to the Ministry of Finance.

Prizes of up to RM10,000 will be paid in cash at any Sports Toto Malaysia outlet. At the 
Sports Toto Malaysia head office at Berjaya Times Square, prizes of up to RM3,000 are 
paid in cash while larger amounts are by cheque. 

No, your winnings are not taxable.

It is very important that you keep your tickets properly for ease of claiming your prize if it is a winner. Your tickets should be kept in a clean dry place. You must NOT stain, iron, wash, fold, crumple or expose the ticket to heat.

If your ticket is lost or stolen, especially if it is before the relevant draw, please make a police report immediately and submit the report to us. The police report should contain the following information: 

the draw date, betted numbers, betted amounts, and game type, and very important to state the date, time and place where the purchase was made.

Our rules and regulations clearly state that a prize is payable to the bearer of a valid winning ticket. Sports Toto Malaysia will only consider prize claims if the lost or stolen ticket (which is a winning ticket) is eventually found and produced for processing in accordance with our rules and regulations. No claims can be entertained without the presentation of the winning ticket. Therefore, we strongly advised customers to take good care of their tickets.

Prizes will only be paid to bearer of valid winning tickets that are in good condition. As far as possible, Sports Toto Malaysia will attempt to process tickets which may be torn, mutilated, defaced or disfigured, provided that the essential information on the torn tickets is legible for further processing.
